In 2022, Labour and Lib Dem councillors forced through the Park View Place development, ignoring local opposition. Those plans involved the removal of 107 mature trees and building on a Site of Importance for Nature Conservation at Grove Farm.
Now, the developers are back with even more extreme proposals: higher buildings (up to 14 storeys) and an increase in the number of flats from 558 to a staggering 900. This massive overdevelopment would forever change the character of our neighbourhood, putting strain on local infrastructure and further eroding our precious green spaces.
Many feel their voices were ignored in 2022, and now, they fear the same will happen again. Two years ago it was only Ealing Conservatives that listened and voted against the scheme.
Ealing Conservatives are continuing to listen, and we want to hear your thoughts.
Together, we can make a difference. Take part in our short survey and help us continue the fight to protect our green spaces and ensure responsible development.
