Henry Higgins has been a councillor in Hillingdon since 2002 and is the Conservative GLA Candidate for Ealing & Hillingdon. In response to Sadiq Khan's insistence on expanding ULEZ, he says:
"ULEZ places a significant financial burden on households, businesses and commuters. It affects everyone from family and friends who visit us to care workers who come to work in London. The Mayor is out of touch with Londoners."
